The theme chosen for the EXPO was «Future energy». The theme provided an incredible scope for imagination, and at the same time, raised the bar very high.

Work on the opening and closing ceremonies was carried out for more than a year: script development, communication of teams from around the world, rehearsals - a large-scale history of preparation, which ended with a culmination in the form of a unique performance in the capital of Kazakhstan - Astana.
The script of the show is built on the history of Energy as a primordial force, ranging from the birth of the Universe to modern fantasies about its future incarnation.

A team of 500 specialists of all necessary profiles and created three-dimensional multimedia effects with a sense of complete immersion.
Thanks to a competent combination of light and sound effects, modern high technologies and spectacular choreography, we managed to create a real extravaganza of emotions and unforgettable sensations. One of the highlights of the production was the Parade of the Planets, which was realized with the help of a dozen drones. In addition, the sets and robotics were fully synchronized with the performances of the 300 artists.

The opening ceremony was watched by a multi-million audience, including TV viewers from all over the world, so all the components of the multimedia effects were designed for broadcasting the performance, which did not lose its staginess even from the TV screen.
