The opening ceremony was implemented by the duo of directors: Felix Mikhailov - theater, TV and film director, winner of the TEFI National Television Award and Ilya Averbukh, director, producer, creator of the production company “Ilya Averbukh”, director of «Ice shows».

The Ceremony lasted 20 minutes, the task was to make the most colorful and complex performance with a minimum number of participants. The Ceremony was attended by about 120 artists, moving from act to act. The famous British singer Robbie Williams became a headliner of the Ceremony. There was his duo with an opera singer Aida Garifullina.

The tasks of the choreographers included: staging of acts, developing scene movement taking into account specifics of the soccer field, working with complex props, working with the headliner of the ceremony, and the rehearsal process.
