The main difficulty of many sports ceremonies is that they must be short in time, but as spectacular and exciting as possible. Therefore, throughout the show, it is necessary to surprise the viewer every minute. At the beginning of the ceremony, a 5-meter silver hockey player, who appeared directly from the pouring machine, coped with this task. A young team of hockey players takes to the ice and, one by one, they score goals against the goalkeeper's huge figure. On the ice, a projection of historical moments in the history of hockey to show the connection of times. The show continues with the performance of a rock band on a hanging stage, and among the artists decorating the number is the outstanding figure skater Evgenia Medvedeva, world champion and Olympic silver medalist.

Among the surprises of the ceremony, one can note a team with huskies running right across the ice - Laika was the mascot of the Championship.
And, of course, the parade of flags of the participating countries is an integral part of any sport event. The synchronized figure skating team "Crystal Ice" coped with this task.
