The preparation took more than a year. For several months, teams including: director, producer, assistant director, choreographers, screenwriter, costume designer, composers, developed a detailed script for the ceremony.

Rehearsals for the acts started more than 2 months before the opening.
Only local dance groups, circus performers and actors were involved.
In total, more than 1000 artist took part in the event.

One of the most difficult tasks is to establish interaction between the artists and the technical component, especially at the time of the transformation of the scene, when it literally turned into an ice space in just a minute. Each segment of the show was developed and rehearsed separately, and only at the entrance to site did the summary of all the segments begin a single three-hour show.
